Little Rituals for the Summer Solstice
When we live in way that is more connected to the rhythms of nature, there are times of the year when we want to honour and respect Mother Earth, the Universe and the Cosmos. Although we can honour and respect Mother Earth every day, the Summer Solstice provides a point in time for us to consciously, intentionally and deliberately do this.
You probably know that Solstice celebrations often happen at sacred sites like Stone Henge with a huge crowd of people BUT there are more ways we can individually honour and respect Mother Earth, if that is not your thing.
That's what this vlog is about, I'm sharing my focus and intention to have some little rituals in the lead up to the Solstice - that's this week - that are meaningful and simple to do.
