Online Purchases, Payments and Confidentiality
I hope you love the items you buy from my online store, but if you have any issues, the first step is to send me an email so that we can resolve the matter.
If you receive an item that is faulty, broken, damaged in transit or is not fit for the purpose it is meant for, please take photos and email them to support@theintuitionconnection.com In accordance with your statutory rights, you can receive a refund or the item can be replaced. You may be asked to return damaged or faulty goods and you will be reimbursed for any postage that involves.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days to notify us and you can return the items to us with your original receipt (email receipt). Upon receipt of the returned goods and with your invoice (email copy is of course acceptable), a refund will be processed.
Payments, Confidentiality and Third Parties.
For transparency, we use Squarespace for our website, www.theintuitionconnection.com. When you place an order, it is placed through our website and the order is stored there. We use the payment processor ‘Stripe’ to manage payments through the website. All online orders are maintained on the website and these orders include your address. Of course, your address is needed to send the goods to you. We operate by a drop shop method, which means that we place an order with our supplier to send your goods directly to you. We also include your email address for you to receive updates on delivery. Your name, address, email and order are the only pieces of data we give to our supplier to fulfil your order. The Intuition Connection does not hold any payment methods on our website or any where else in the business. We use Stripe to provide an easy payment method for customers and to ensure that your payment information can be securely saved.
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality of your personal information used to buy our products and we use third party providers that we believe take this confidentiality seriously. If you ever have any concerns please email me at support@theintuitionconnection.com .
