Overview of Terms & Conditions and Confidentiality for Services

My services include Oracle Readings, Channelling and Intuitive Mentoring and Intuition Development Circles. Full terms and conditions are provided before to you individually before you undertake any services or make any payment. In addition to the formal terms and conditions required in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (which are covered in our full terms and conditions) there is also the soul and spiritual contract between us.

For my part, I believe that Oracle Readings, Channelling and Intuitive Mentoring can provide powerful messages and information to live an empowered life. Such information can provide clarity, reassurance, relief and to regain balance needed in life. I take my obligations seriously and understand that some people asking for Readings and Mentoring may be feeling vulnerable or emotionally upset.  Whilst Intuitive Mentoring can be supportive at such times, I have no wish to take advantage of individuals in such cases.  If I consider that an individual is feeling vulnerable or emotional, I reserve the right to cease providing the Services and will refund the fee.

The services I provide do not constitute guidance or advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions as a result of my services. If you have any psychological or mental health issues, or are taking any medication to support such issues, I ask that you notify me of this before any session.  You do not have to disclose details of the condition or the medication, only that you have a condition and that you are currently taking medicated treatment.  The Intuition Connection reserves the right to cancel the Services in such an instance and you will be refunded any fees already paid.

Anti-social behaviour, or behaviour that is not in the spirit of openness or honouring of the my services may not be completed.  In such an instance You will forfeit the fee.  If you are within your 14 day statutory cancellation period, you will be offered the option to cancel and a proportionate refund given.

Right to Cancel

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after you made your booking. If you have scheduled your appointment within the 14 day cancellation period, you have given your express consent for the service to be performed during this period. You still have the right to cancel up to the point at which you have received the services.  To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by completing the cancellation form you have been sent or emailing support@theintuitionconnection.com.

Confidentiality

We do not keep any handwritten notes of any sessions. Sometimes, Ruth makes a handwritten note during the session to remember that a point needs to be made or other worldly guidance has come through and she needs to make a note of it to tell you. After the session these are destroyed. No client’s names written on this notes and it cannot be attributed to anyone. Bookings are made the traditional way and your name, date and time of session will be recorded in a paper diary. Payments for sessions are made through a third party provider ‘Stripe’. We raise an invoice through the Stripe system and this is emailed to you. The invoice includes payments options including cards, apple pay and also has a link to make a bank transfer. Please note that all payments information is maintained via Stripe and we do not have access to card or any other payment information. We only see the method of payment e.g. card or other.
